Comment: I cannot say enough wonderful things about KW. A pipe burst in my home, and within a day KW were there. I am sure they saved my home from having thousands more in damages. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service! They immediately came out to mitigate my sewer overflow. Each person that came out was professional and personable. They all worked constantly to get the job done. They covered the flooring & furniture to protect them from dust & debris. They communicated with me each time they were coming to the house or of any delays. I appreciate Paul, Kyle & Jen among all of the others! Highly recommended.

We reached out to KW for an urgent water leak issue. They responded quickly, proactively solved the issue, and were professional. Great overall service!

We hired KW Construction when our sewer line collapsed resulting in a sewage flood in our finished basement. The KW team I worked with (Paul and Kyle) did a superb job of restoration and rebuild in a timely and professional manner. They took care of everything including furniture removal, disinfection, drywall repair, re-carpet and putting all furniture back. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Comment: Could not have had a better experience with KW Construction! Three key people I worked with Jennifer , Chris and Kyle were very professional, excellent communicators and knowledgeable in their trade. They instilled confidence and calm from day one and through the process . I would absolutely recommend KW and use them again for both water mitigation and reconstruction!

Had mold remediation with tub/shower demo done recently. I highly recommend KW. Everyone I spoke with or had direct contact with was kind, courteous, and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner and the space left spotlessly clean.

Comment: Recently we had a roof leak at our mountain home. The leak occurred at night and we notified KW Restoration. They responded first thing in the AM and within one hour they were able to get the roof under control and in the next hour install the equipment to dry out the necessary moisture that might have accumulated. The workers and everyone we dealt with was entirely courteous, professional, and responsive. I would encourage anyone who is in need of restoration work on their home or place of business to contact KW.

Comment: I live in a rural location of Buena Vista and had severe flooding while I was three hours away in Denver. I called multiple mitigation companies and was told it would take 5 or 6 hours, or even tomorrow or later in the week before they could arrive. I was about to give up and start driving when I tried one more number for KW Restoration. At that point I was SHOCKED when the coordinator told me it would take them just 40 minutes to get there. What a relief! They showed up when promised with serious equipment to deal with the problem. Professionally removed all furniture and took my rugs off to be dry cleaned. They did all of this while courteously working around the guests I had staying in the house at the time. I was so impressed with the mitigation that I chose to go with KW Restoration for the entire rebuild. I live in a custom-built home, so it required some skill to restore it to its original state. I’m used to things taking longer in a small mountain town, but they banged out the work promptly. In fact, the biggest hold-up with getting my house back to normal was dealing with the insurance company – and KW helped me with that too. I wouldn’t wish a home catastrophe on anybody, but it’s good to know there is a company like KW Restoration to help when it does. I give them my highest recommendation.

Comment: We operate a business in a historic building in downtown Salida. One of the old pipes split down the middle and created a mess! The KW guys responded right away and although the work didn’t happen quickly, it did happen efficiently. Kyle was absolutely great to work with. He was professional, he clearly communicated, and he was very empathetic of the situation. There was a lot going on that could’ve created an unfavorable situation but the KW Team kept it moving positively and I’m confident that the motivation was successful. 10 outta 10 recommend!

KW responded quickly to mitigate water damage and prep for restoration. Jennifer and the whole mitigation were very professional, thorough and timely. I continued our engagement with the KW team by contracting for reconstruction services. Mike led the reconstruction team and once again I was very pleased with their professional approach, thoroughness and “can do” attitude. In all regards I especially appreciated the pro-active project management approach. I would definitely hire KW for future requirements.

Comment: We have so many great things to say about KW and their team. From the mitigation of the water (Tyler and Kyle) to guiding us through the insurance claim process (Jennifer); sourcing replacement materials and project managing (Kyle); reconnecting our water and helping us w the pressure tank (John) and finally to the restoration of our home - better than it was before (Mike) - what an amazing and caring crew. Comment: Detail oriented and willing to work with anyone! I’m grateful I found a company that was responsive, respectful, and trustworthy. That’s hard to come by in the construction industry.

I manage a retreat center/ summer camp in the Sangres and KW construction is our go to company. Kevin was our project manager and he seriously crushed this job. We are pretty far from any town, and we had a very tight deadline for the start of the summer. They were able to mitigate and reconstruct our large two story lodge with time to spare. Full mitigation of the entire first floor, drywall, paint, electrical, flooring in the main room and hallways and carpet in all 10 bedrooms, stained trim and molding, solid doors, custom vanity’s in every room and in 6 full sized bathrooms. You should go with KW if you need any mitigation and/or construction done. They answer the phone every time, they work with you and with your insurance company with professionalism and timeliness. 5 stars all day.

KW was instrumental in remodeling our cabin after flood damage. We asked for several upgrades and improvements over the initial flood estimate and they were willing to accommodate our requests and had good suggestions to issues that arose during construction. Kyle was very easy to work with and responded quickly throughout the process. We've had many compliments on our new kitchen and improvements throughout our cabin!

So grateful to work with KW Restoration. They were so responsive and listened to our concerns to make sure everything was done to our specifications. I would definitely recommend them if you have a restoration disaster!!

We've called these guys out twice to help identify water damage. Bubba and Mitch came out to look at the source of some wide spread water damage. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to figure out next steps to get the problem sorted. It actually seems like their priority is helping you instead of making a sale. What a refreshing change of pace. Also, living in a place like Leadville (where options are thin and gears turn slowly), having a company that will pick up the phone and get right to work in an emergency is invaluable. The first time we called with pools forming, they were here cleaning up before anybody else returned our calls. Every homeowner here should have this number on speed dial.
